It is used to run mail servers, web servers, and databases. Today it is becoming the desktop operating system of choice.

Linux Support Rates

Linux Support - Regular rates

Business Hours:

  • Support - Senior Analyst ($200 per hour)
  • Support - Analyst ($150 per hour)
  • On-Site Service (where available) - ($300 per hour)

After Business Hours:

  • Support - Senior Analyst ($400 per hour)
  • Support - Analyst ($300 per hour)
  • On-Site Service (where available) - ($600 per hour)

Linux Support Packages

We offer the following packages of Linux support:

  • 2. LinuxMagic Wizard support

LinuxMagic Spell Caster support

This support plan is for companies using Linux in a server environment who need 24/7 support, or need additional help with configuration or security.

Included:

  • Free Telephone Support of 15 minutes per incident 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • Reduced Rates on other telephone support calls
  • Reduced Rates on Remote Administration calls

Rates:

  • $90 per server monthly fees (minimum 6-month contract)

LinuxMagic Wizard support

This support plan is for companies using Linux in a server environment, who need 24/7 support, and need someone to maintain their servers to the highest possible levels of performance and security.

Included:

  • Free Telephone Support of 15 minutes per incident 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • Reduced Rates on other telephone support calls
  • Reduced Rates on Remote Administration calls
  • Free initial security audit, free initial support software setup
  • Monthly Routine checks of systems (see agreement for details)

Rates:

  • $350 per server monthly fees (minimum 12 month contract)
