 PHP Programmer

Responsibilities

 Immediate opening for a web applications programmer/developer. You must have proficient knowledge of PHP, HTML (without help of an HTML editor), JavaScript, CSS, SQL and sessions. You will be expected to plan, research, develop, code, test and deploy several web projects with minimal assistance. You should know how to build a PHP web application from the ground up, as well as modify and build on existing code. Existing knowledge of the PEAR/DB database abstraction class a definite plus.

 This individual must be both a self-learner and have the ability to work well in a team setting.

Qualifications

 * Must have excellent PHP, HTML and CSS knowledge * Proficient in writing SQL queries * A strong understanding of the design of user interfaces * Excellent command of written English * Experience using the PEAR/DB database abstraction package is an asset * Experience using the Postgres Database is an asset
