Are these php pages supposed to be proprietary? Since I've still never
seen a proprietary licence, I've just been using something like this for
proprietary code:

* Copyright (c) 2004 LinuxMagic Inc. All Rights Reserved.
*
*/
This as far as I understand it will prevent anyone from doing anything
with it, since they are given no license, and we are reserving all the
rights.
