Unfortunately TLS is not yet supported by magic-smtpd. I have not tried
with stunnel but it may be possible that the information at the
following two links would be helpful for you if you are going to attempt
this:

http://www.suspectclass.com/~sgifford/stunnel-tlsproxy/smtp-tls.README
http://www.suspectclass.com/~sgifford/stunnel-tlsproxy/stunnel-tlsproxy.html

It is quite possible that using this proxy with magic-smtpd will work,
as magic-smtpd was designed to be mostly compatible with qmail-smtpd.
As far as I understand it, the TLS protocol should not interfere with
the SMTP Authentication, as in fact this is one of the main motivators
for using TLS.

Please let me know if this works for you.

    Thanks,
      Josh
