Josh just completed adding the ip2country stuff directly into the magic-smtpd 
as well as the mx lookup features.  You will still need the module from CPAN, 
but I think he has documented it well.

And for the logging, that was pointed out that we are still getting duplicate 
logging, and that we are logging too much.  Hopefully all these changes get 
out early this week.  Tempted to just put out a release as is, with these new 
changes, but I should wait for him to okay it as well.
