This is a list of the current issues I have found that have not been
resolved. I have resolved them by turning off valid user checking, etc.,
which leaves magic-smtpd somewhat featureless.

1. smtp_blocking appeared to block all mail, not just mail that fails a
rule.

2. vdomain_checkuser_prog still does not execute.

3. non-local mail that should be relayed is blocked as non-valid user.
/var/qmail/alias/.qmail-default idea does not work.
