If they are not listed in rcpthosts it will not accept mail anyway
unless you have relaying privileges. Sorry about that confusion. If
the domain is not in the rcpthosts and you do not have RELAYCLIENT set,
it will never get to the point where it checks that the user is valid or
not. If the domain is not in rcpthosts and you do have RELAYCLIENT set
it also doesn't do the valid user check, as there is no information
about the remote domain.
