My understanding of the smtp_blocking option is that it either blocks or
quarantines mail when a spam rule has failed. However, when I set spam
blocking to true it blocks ALL mail to that account. Conversely, if I set it
false then ALL mail is delivered to the normal mailbox.
Is this a bug or am I misunderstanding the purpose of this?
