Which version are you using?  This looks a lot like a problem that was
fixed in 0.7.1.

This is an error with the remote server.  It sent a DATA command without
first sending a valid RCPT command.  This makes no sense according to
the SMTP protocol.

Neither of these is an error.  This is normal behavior.

As Scott Carpenter has said, you can simply copy the script and change
the control file to fix this although it is not an error.  If you do not
change anything all it will mean is that the IP Address based country
blocking will not work.  This will be integrated into the smtpd daemon
itself (probably release after next) and this will no longer be required.

Is there anything that is actually not working?   From the logs it
appears that everything is working fine with just a few warnings.  Are
you having trouble actually receiving mail?

It is known that the documentation needs to be cleaned up.  We would 
welcome patches from anyone wishing to help out with this.
